4 front squats (start at 55% of 1RM and increase over the 6 sets)
4 plate passes after each set

METCON:

No rest between AMRAPs

3 person teams alternating full rounds for 5 minutes:

10 reverse lunges with KB

3 person teams alternating runs for 5 minutes:
50 meter sprint

3 person teams alternating full rounds for 5 minutes:

15 unbroken wall balls (5 burpees for entire team if ball touches ground)
