10 second hollow hold after each set
Front Squat (5 sets of 3 front squats)
2 Front Squats @ 24×1 + 1 Front Squat

24×1 = 2 second decent, 4 second pause at the bottom, explode to the top, and brace for 1 second before the next rep

18 back squats
18 hang power cleans
200 meter run
