15 straight leg sit ups
10 lawnmower pulls

METCON:

20 jumping lunges
10 pull ups
100 meter sprint
rest 1:00 minute

RX+ (45/35# back rack) (chest to bar)
RX (35/15# back rack) (chin over bar)
SC (Jumping Lunges) (ring rows or band)
