STRENGTH:

EMOM for 10 minutes (5 sets):

Deadlift: 3 reps @ heaviest from last week

METCON:

EMOM for 10 minutes or until failure:

100 meter run
10 jumping lunges

Rx+ (65/45)
Rx (45/35)
Sc (Jumping lunges)

*If you fail to complete a round within the minute, you must finish your remaining reps then rest until the next full round starts. Credit will be given to all completed rounds.
